Some suggestions:
1) Fill it up with contents ASAP
2) Make the point system a bit more interesting, Like because this is a cricket forum you can Name the points to "Runs" instead of "CL Cash"
3) Advertise, Promote your website in many available free advertising and promotion forums and websites.
4) Increase the no of backlinks.

As your forum is about cricket you need to focus your promotion towards countries which play cricket. Also you could get a custom theme which will give your site a all new dimension. And is good to see a forum about cricket because in India cricket is like a religion.

Thanks for the suggestions sukhajan bro , but i wont get custom for this bcoz this is my secondary project and will look for custom design for it after some months.
I have allready asked for custom theme for my main forum to anurag , i hope he does well.
